Now they have opted out of education. They're starting to look at and go, I'm going to UT. I'm going to be in a state where I can pay, you know, 50k in total for my degree.
And now those two things have flipped, or they're like neck and neck. If you have a college degree, you have no advantage as a man coming out in this 20 to 27 year old range.
So I think the problem that we'll have is in the absence of brand, it's just going to be very difficult to differentiate oneself and filter people. And I think that what Jason says becomes the huge problem, which is then the burden of professional development for all these young kids is extremely heavy. So I think that the idea of all of this tooling is good and it's necessary, but I think it's insufficient.
AI is the next leg of the stool to break. And I think that AI may actually break education. It may break higher education and then eventually it may make its way all the way down to childhood.
There's no underwriting in student loans today. There's no underwriting. The student loan program, the federal student loan program needs to go away.
It is an asset manager that may happen to have some educational things that they do on the side, which increasingly are not what we need it to do.

I don't think it's a good idea for these kids to take out hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of loans to, you know, go away for four years, not have a solid plan and not execute and then graduate mired in debt without really a pathway to paying any of it back
So I do think like as AI kind of takes over education, I do expect that the workplace will change, Tim, and we will start to see more of this integration between education and workplace enabled by this AI-driven kind of, you know, development system, which is going to be radically different than what we have today.

It also probably is going to reduce the demand to go into these MBA programs, because if you're thinking, well, that's not going to be my risk off trade, and I'm not going to be guaranteed. So why go in the first place?
But I do think that this is a warning sign that people should not go and pursue these degrees, because I think, as Pincus said, you're not taking the trade of least volatility. You're actually taking on a lot more volatility than you probably thought you shouldn't be taking on by going to a place like Harvard or Stanford.
And I think that that's what AI is going to take us to, which is basically going to destroy much of the value of higher education. And I think that this MBA piece is probably just the first step of many. That's going to ultimately erode the value.
So I don't understand how Biden can even do this by an executive order. I expect this will be challenged and taken to the Supreme Court. And I think there's a very good chance that will end up like Biden's other executive orders that were ruled unconstitutional.
